About this event
Interclub is Mohawk Mountain’s current 2026-27 competitive alpine race program for skiers ages 8-13. Fourteen Saturday and Sunday training or race sessions run January 9-March 7, 2027, excluding Presidents’ Day weekend, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The program builds giant-slalom and slalom skills and competes against other Connecticut and Berkshire ski areas; the current outline anticipates coaching at approximately three Massachusetts away races, but venues and race dates are not yet published. Eligibility is limited: priority goes to athletes who try out for Mohawk Mountain Alpine Race Team but are not selected, with remaining openings for level 7-8 skiers. New participants without prior D-Squad or Mountain Division experience must complete chairlift rookie training. The active product lists a $2,249 price. Entry is through the 26/27 program lottery, open September 4-18; placement results are emailed October 2 and accepted participants are charged in full October 16.
