RollerCademy: Skate Mechanics is a limited-capacity, full-day quad roller-skating workshop and supported skatepark session at the indoor Intro 2 Skateboarding facility in Huntington Beach on Sunday, November 8, 2026. The official schedule runs 10:00 AM–4:00 PM PST. Surf City Skates and its RollerCademy program combine a personalized skate-and-protective-gear assessment, participant shopping, hands-on instruction covering wheels, bearings, trucks, toe stops, cushions, wear checks and safe reassembly, a one-hour lunch and setup break, and a 90-minute coach-assisted open skatepark session. The afternoon session is explicitly supported practice rather than a structured skate lesson. Admission is $175 per skater, the live checkout still offers Sunday 11/08/26 as its event-date option, and the organizer describes spaces as limited without publishing a numeric capacity or sales deadline. Participation is for adults age 18 and older and QUADS ONLY; inline skates are not advertised as eligible. Participants must bring their own roller skates, helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. Optional items include skate tools, replacement parts, old wheels, bearings or other components for evaluation, plus personal lunch or snacks. Pizza is provided, while vending-machine snacks and drinks are sold separately. Registered participants receive 20% off eligible parts, protective gear and accessories and up to 40% off selected clearance inventory; complete skates, vintage, secondhand and one-of-a-kind items are priced separately, shopping is optional, and discounts cannot be combined.
