Shanghai hosts the third round of the 2026 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup, bringing men's and women's Elite Park and Flatland competition to the West Bund. It is the city's third consecutive year on the World Cup calendar. Park riders compete on a ramp course for judged runs, while Flatland riders build technical combinations on a flat floor.

Men Elite and Women Elite in BMX Freestyle Park and BMX Freestyle Flatland. Racing age is 15 or older and a valid UCI International License is required. Athletes must also satisfy their national federation's selection and good-standing requirements.
