Not a competition. This is an all-ages in-person surf-film premiere.

Vampires Surf lands at Brain Dead Studios on Fairfax on Sunday, November 15, 2026 for the Los Angeles stop of Sun Bum’s global premiere tour. Jaleesa Vincent and Luka Raubenheimer created the 50-minute fantasy surf film, which stars Frankie Harrer, Caity Simmers and Kobe Hughes and follows three immortal surfers whose return to Coffin Bay under a blood moon turns into a supernatural story about surfing, friendship and destiny. Brain Dead Studios and the live DICE ticket page list the screening for 7:00 PM PST at 611 N Fairfax Avenue; DICE labels 7:00 PM as doors, while Brain Dead labels it as the showtime. Sun Bum’s October 5 tour article still prints 6:00 PM for Los Angeles, so attendees should follow the current DICE ticket and Brain Dead venue listing and recheck before travel. Admission is free and all ages, but an RSVP does not guarantee entry: Brain Dead explicitly says first come, first served. The free DICE ticket action was live at verification, and DICE stores tickets in its app. No numeric capacity, RSVP cutoff, reserved seating, companion policy, re-entry rule, bag policy, age/guardian details beyond “All Ages,” or on-site walk-up guarantee is published. Sun Bum encourages vampire attire, but no costume is required. This is an indoor surf-film premiere, not a surf contest or ride session; there is no athlete registration, scoring, prize purse, livestream, results or replay announcement. The venue and ticket listing publish a 50-minute DCP runtime, but they do not separately state the exact film-start time after doors or a final event end time. No event-specific parking, transit, accessibility, captioning, seating, concession, cancellation or refund details are published; use the map and contact Brain Dead Studios before travel for access needs.
