About this event
Solitude's Pond Skim Beach Party splashes down Saturday, April 10, 2027, 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. near Last Chance Lodge. Skiers and snowboarders don costumes and try to skim across the pond while spectators enjoy the show for free. New for this edition, each category winner receives a 27/28 Ikon Pass. Prizes are awarded for best skim, best costume, and best crash (ties settled by costume scoring). Competitors may not use poles. Registration typically opens roughly one month before the event.
