Andreas Wiig (born March 5, 1981 in Oslo, raised in Asker) is a Norwegian freestyle snowboarder who became one of the world's top slopestyle competitors in the 2000s. He won back-to-back Winter X Games slopestyle golds in 2007 and 2008 — beating Shaun White both times — after taking bronze in 2004 and silver in 2006, and also won the 2007 Winter X Games Best Trick head-to-head against Travis Rice. A regular-footed rider, he carried major sponsors including Vans (with his own pro-model boot), Electric, Vestal and Rockstar Energy, riding for Nitro and later Forum Snowboards.
