Jake Blauvelt is an American backcountry/freeride snowboarder from Waterbury Center, Vermont, who won the 2004 US Open slopestyle at 17 before pivoting from contests to big-mountain riding, a shift marked by his standout part in Forum Or Against 'Em (2008). He went on to headline his own project Naturally (2010/11) and appear in The Art of Flight (2011) and Full Circle (2018), earning Snowboarder Magazine Top 10 Riders of the Year honors in 2009 and 2010. Per Wikipedia he has ridden for The North Face, Ride Snowboards, and Adidas, and appeared in the 2024 film Blitz!; Torment covered The North Face's blitz! project during the 2024 season, though the fetched Torment episode names Spencer Schubert, Kennedi Deck, and Cole Navin rather than Blauvelt.
