Max Buri is a Swiss snowboarder from Grindelwald who joined Salomon Snowboards' global pro team in November 2019, having built his name filming with crews such as Cozy Bois, Beyond Medals and Absinthe rather than competing, and Salomon produces a Max Buri pro-model board. In January 2023 Salomon released 'HOMEGROWN by Max Buri', a hometown video filmed and directed by Colden Rand showcasing the mountains and terrain around Grindelwald where Buri grew up riding, shot during pandemic lockdowns and two unusually warm winters.
