Spencer O'Brien is a Canadian slopestyle and big air snowboarder of Haida and Kwakwaka'wakw descent, born in Alert Bay, BC, and now based in Whistler. A two-time Olympian (2014, 2018), five-time X Games medalist including 2016 Aspen slopestyle gold, and 2013 world slopestyle champion, she was the first woman to land a backside 900 in X Games competition (2015). She transitioned to backcountry riding and filming in 2020 and appears alongside eight other riders in Arc'teryx's 'Between Days' (2025), filmed in the Japanese Alps.
