Mammoth Mountain's 26/27 Opening Day starts Friday, November 13, 2026, with a 7:30 AM pre-lift kickoff at Main Lodge before the resort's published 8:30 AM-4:00 PM ski-day window. Complimentary coffee and cocoa are planned at 7:30 AM, and the first 100 people in the lift line are slated to receive a 26/27 Mammoth beanie while supplies last. At 8:30 AM, Woolly leads the first chair and banner breakthrough at Broadway Express. Opening Day airbrush tees run near Chair 1 from 9:30 AM-1:30 PM, with limited-edition long-sleeve shirts available for purchase while supplies last. DJ Sendit plays on the Tusks sundeck from 10:30 AM-1:30 PM, and the 26/27 season toast is scheduled there at 11:00 AM with a small complimentary beer or sparkling cider. The celebration has no separate advertised fee or RSVP; skiing or snowboarding requires a valid lift ticket, Ikon Pass, Quad Pack+, or another accepted access product. Mammoth's current official offer promotes up to 35% lodging savings and up to 50% lift-ticket savings for Opening Weekend, while a September organizer announcement lists Quad Pack+ at $125 per ski/ride day.
