About this event
BigRock Mountain hosts the giant-slalom day of Maine's 2027 Class B high-school alpine state championships on Tuesday, February 23. Girls race first in each run, followed by boys. Registration opens at 7:00 AM EST, the chair opens at 7:45 AM, first-run inspection is 8:00-9:00 AM, and the girls' first run starts at 9:15 AM. Second-run inspection is estimated for 11:45 AM-12:45 PM, the girls' second run is estimated for 1:00 PM, and awards follow the boys' second run near the T-bar building. This is a school-entry championship, not open public registration. Qualified Class B athletes are entered by their athletic directors by February 15 at 9:00 AM; spectator admission and event-ticket details are not yet published.
