About this event
The IOC-led Olympic Q-Series opens its four-stop LA28 qualification pathway in Tokyo from May 4-7, 2028. A temporary Yoyogi Urban Park in the Shibuya-Harajuku area will combine elite competition with an urban-sports festival. Tokyo is confirmed for skateboarding street and park, BMX freestyle, sport climbing and 3x3 basketball. Event hours, the discipline-by-discipline program, athlete selection mechanics, spectator tickets and broadcast details are not yet published.
