About this event

Ski Dazzle returns for its 63rd Los Angeles edition as a three-day, public ski-and-snowboard season kickoff at the Magic Box Event Campus in Downtown L.A. The expo combines a large retail sale with resort and travel exhibitors, gear specialists, clubs, winter-safety resources, beginner instruction and hands-on attractions. The current exhibitor guide lists Mountain High, Snow Valley, Mt. Baldy, Palisades Tahoe and other western resorts alongside ski/snowboard retailers and service specialists. Free show-floor activities include first-turn ski instruction from Mountain High on a 40-foot carpeted slope, ski and snowboard practice on a revolving simulation deck with professional instructors, a 19-foot climbing wall, daily speed-climb contests, and the California Highway Patrol tire-chain installation contest; lesson, climb and chain-contest participants must sign the applicable waiver. The chain contest awards prizes in each round and $300 to the fastest time of the show, while the speed-climb best overall time earns $250. Paid adult admissions include a 2026/27 Ski Dazzle Member Card and the published lift-ticket-offer package, which must be collected at the in-show redemption booth with photo ID during show hours and is nontransferable. Children 12 and under are free with an adult but still need a ticket and do not receive the lift offer. Live online checkout also lists free admission for verified Ikon and Epic pass holders. The gear sale advertises more than $3 million of inventory at discounts up to 70 percent; sale purchases are final. This is a core Los Angeles event, six blocks from the Convention Center, with paid adjacent parking and Metro A/E Line access.
