Mammoth Ikon Pass Holder Early Ups - March 21, 2027

Mammoth Mountain opens selected lifts early on Sunday, March 21, 2027 exclusively for valid Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders. Early Ups begins at 7:30 AM at Mammoth, followed by a complimentary hot breakfast at McCoy Station from 8:00-9:30 AM or while supplies last. The current organizer page expects Broadway Express (1), Stump Alley Express (2), Facelift Express (3), Eagle Express (15), Canyon Express (16), the Village Gondola and Lower Panorama Gondola, but every lift, route and opening time remains subject to weather, snow and operations. This is passholder access, not a separately ticketed public event: Mammoth provides no RSVP, event checkout, capacity count or guest-ticket offer. The page explicitly names Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass; Ikon Session Pass is not represented as eligible, and Ikon's current benefits page says Session Passes do not include first tracks. March 21 is outside the published 2026/27 Base Pass blackout dates, although each attendee should confirm active access in their own account before travel. No age floor, guardian rule, beginner restriction or formal guided program is posted; participants must independently use open terrain appropriate to their ability. Main Lodge is the published event address and parking anchor, while breakfast is uphill at McCoy Station. Mammoth's free Main Lodge parking shuttle is scheduled from 7:00 AM, and the free ESTA Red Line normally serves Main Lodge from 7:00 AM, subject to the winter operating schedule. Arrive before 7:30 with the physical or activated eligible pass, winter equipment and enough time for parking. Mammoth is beyond the ordinary LA radius and is included narrowly as a major destination-mountain first-tracks event for Southern California skiers and snowboarders.
