Snow Valley closes its 2026 lift-served mountain-bike season with one final public riding day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 25. The live Mountain Report confirms Chair 1 is operating and all ten named bike trails are open: Bandit, Crazy Horse, Gun Smoke, Jumpline, Lower Green Horn, Upper Green Horn, Quick Draw, Sundance, Sundance Spur, and Winchester. The official live Mountain Report confirms Snow Valley is open now from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Chair 1 is operating, all 10 of 10 bike trails are open, and both the Longhorn ¾-mile hiking loop and Scenic Sky Chair are open. The 7:58 AM resort report describes tacky, “hero dirt” conditions after recent moisture. The same live report shows routes 38 and 18LV open and routes 330 and 18RS closed; verify the exact approach with Caltrans because road status can change. Operational status can still change during the day. Riders should still recheck the Mountain Report before travel or another lap. The day also includes Scenic Sky Chair access, the 3/4-mile Longhorn hiking loop from the top of Chair 1, on-site bike and protective-gear rentals subject to availability, first-come lockers, bike repair service, Thunder Mountain BBQ & Bar from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and free first-come parking with no tailgating. Riding requires a valid Snow Valley MTB lift ticket or eligible 2026 bike-park pass. The live official checkout currently offers the October 25 one-day Snow Valley ticket for $14 for children 5–12 and $25 for teens 13–17, adults 18–64, and seniors 65–79; children age four and under and seniors age 80+ receive free MTB Park and Scenic Sky Chair access under the resort program. Base-area attendance does not carry a published admission charge, and visitors spending at least $25 at Snow Valley food-and-beverage or the Sports Shop may redeem one free same-day Scenic Sky Chair ticket onsite. This is a regional LA inventory event because Snow Valley is one of Southern California’s nearest lift-served gravity-bike parks, roughly 75 miles from central Los Angeles, offering downhill terrain unavailable in the urban core.
