Valley Series #2 is the October 24 finale of Snow Valley Bike Park's two-stop 2026 downhill mountain-bike race series in Running Springs. The event runs 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with day-of registration and packet pickup 8:00-10:30 AM, chairlift opening at 9:00 AM, downhill practice 9:00 AM-noon, course closure at noon, racing at 12:30 PM, Eric Roebuck live 2:00-3:00 PM, awards at 3:00 PM, and the event window ending at 4:00 PM. Bandit and Crazy Horse are the race trails; Gun Smoke is also affected because its access uses Crazy Horse, and all three close to ordinary public riding during the race. Online registration is now closed. The official event page explicitly says day-of registration will be available on-site Saturday morning; the published check-in window is 8:00-10:30 AM, subject to remaining capacity. The online rate was $25 across 16 men's and women's divisions, but BBMR has not published a day-of price, payment-method list, numeric cap, or waitlist. A fresh official October 23 Instagram post confirms the finale is going ahead tomorrow. The 11:00 AM live mountain report says Thursday rain and hail left muddy conditions and delayed Friday opening to 12:30 PM while crews prepared terrain; it remains positive about Saturday's races and tells riders to monitor conditions. Snow Valley plans Saturday operations from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM and publishes a Race Roster results destination. The prize table lists equal men's and women's payouts of $5,000 for first, $2,500 for second, and $1,000 for third, a $17,000 total purse; eligible named divisions remain unpublished. Snow Valley is included in the Los Angeles regional inventory because this purpose-built, lift-served downhill venue is roughly 75 miles from central Los Angeles and serves the wider Southern California riding community.
