About this event

The Southridge Winter Series is Southern California’s longest-running grassroots mountain-bike race series, staged across six race weekends from January 10 through March 22, 2026 on the rocky Southridge course in the Jurupa Hills of south Fontana (Southridge Village Open Space Reserve). Promoted by Southridge Racing Co. (Southridge USA), each round packs three disciplines into one weekend: cross-country and shuttle-assisted Super-D/Enduro on Saturday and downhill on Sunday, with 26-plus categories spanning Pro, Vet Pro, Expert, Sport, Beginner, Singlespeed, E-Bike and youth coaching classes for riders of all ages and abilities. No NORBA/UCI license is required to enter an SRC race, a signed waiver and helmet are mandatory to ride the hill, and a season-long points chase (100 points for a win down to 5 for 20th, scored 5-deep per class for the overall) culminates in Southridge Racing Co. overall series titles and custom #1 jerseys awarded at the December ceremony. Saturday practice runs roughly 11am–4pm and Sunday practice 8–10am, with shuttles for downhill and Super-D. In the 2026 downhill overall, Jeffrey Ross won Pro Men ahead of Grant Goth and Jack Harle, and Miranda Maliska took Pro Women; Tyler Bein led the Pro Men Super-D/Enduro overall ahead of Konrad Wielopoiski and Gaege Schmidt. The opening January round was disrupted by dangerous high winds and rescheduled. The venue is a public open-space reserve reached off Sierra Avenue south of Interstate 10; spectating is free. This record covers the completed 2026 Winter Series; it is separate from the 35th Annual Southridge Challenge (November 14–15, 2026) and the summer California Golden State Series.
