About this event

The 23rd Annual Harbour Surf Day is a public community surf gathering at Bolsa Chica State Beach on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST. Harbour Surfboards' current announcement and event flyer identify Tower 23 in Lot 21 as the exact meetup point and invite the community for surfing, good laughs, food and a raffle. The current reminder confirms the same date and program. This is not advertised as a formal contest, lesson or scored competition; no divisions, heats, judging, qualifying, prize purse, livestream or results service are published. Attendance is presented as open and no event registration is linked. The organizer has not published an attendance cap, check-in procedure, age restriction, rider eligibility rule, waiver, guardian process or guaranteed equipment support. Bring a surfboard, leash, wetsuit and safety equipment appropriate to the conditions and your ability; the organizer does not say that boards, wetsuits or instruction will be provided. Harbour says raffle tickets cost $1 each and are sold at its shop at 329 Main Street in Seal Beach. The flyer says attendees must be present to win, all proceeds benefit The SWEL and the grand prize is a custom surfboard. It does not publish a ticket-sales cutoff, quantity limit, payment method, full prize list, drawing time or on-site ticket sales, so TrickBook does not infer them. Food is announced, but the menu, service time, price, quantity, dietary accommodations and vendor are not published. The SWEL's official site says the nonprofit provides free surf missions for first responders, active-duty military members and veterans. California State Parks lists the beach at 17851 Pacific Coast Highway, publishes 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM park hours with gates closing at 9:00 PM, and currently uses cashless LAZ park-and-pay. The park's current regular vehicle day-use rate is $15, with published senior, disabled and oversized-vehicle rates; State Parks warns that rates may change for major event days and LAZ may add a service fee. Event parking capacity, a reserved section and re-entry are not guaranteed. The official park map identifies Tower 23, parking, restrooms, outdoor showers and an access ramp. State Parks says all day-use lots include accessible parking and restrooms, outdoor rinsing showers sit between each lot, and a beach wheelchair may be borrowed free through park staff at 714-377-5691. Spencer Ramps are identified near Lot 18 and the campground, not at the event's Tower 23 location. Dogs are allowed only on the multi-use trail, not on the sand. No event-specific weather, surf-height, water-quality, lifeguard-staffing, postponement or cancellation policy is published. Check Harbour's official Instagram and current State Parks, ocean-condition and water-quality guidance before travel, follow lifeguards and posted rules, and surf within your ability.
