Ikon Pass First Tracks at Big Bear Mountain Resort - February 6, 2027
About this event
Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders get a 30-minute early-access window at all three Big Bear Mountain Resort ski areas on Saturday, February 6, 2027. From 8:00 to 8:30 AM, eligible pass holders can scan directly at the gates and ride before the general public opens. No advance event registration or RSVP is required. Ikon Session Passes and BBMR-branded season passes are not listed as eligible for this First Tracks benefit. The current pass-holder guide identifies the planned early lifts as Chairs 1 and 13 at Snow Valley, Chairs 1 and 8 at Snow Summit, and Chairs 7 and 9 at Bear Mountain; that lineup can change with snow, weather, maintenance and operations. At 8:30 AM, the special early-access window ends and normal Saturday operations begin, while eligible passes remain valid for the rest of the operating day. February 6 is a published paid-parking date. Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders park free at Snow Valley, but Snow Summit and Bear Mountain base lots cost $30-$40 per regular vehicle unless guests use free off-site lots and shuttles. Base lots are first come, may fill before the lifts open and generally open at 7:00 AM; advance paid parking must be bought at least one day before arrival for guaranteed inventory. Free ADA spaces are first come with qualifying plates or placard plus state-issued disabled ID. The three mountains are separate venues up to about 17 road miles apart, and the resort does not promise an intermountain transfer during the 30-minute event. Riders should choose one mountain, check the live report and roads, arrive with a loaded valid pass, and be ready at its listed chair before 8:00 AM. The exact event page supplies a visually reviewed 2400x1350 powder-skiing hero, copied unchanged to TrickBook-controlled storage.
